Our client was a member of a company with another member. The other member breached his fiduciary duties to our client and the company with multiple bad acts and then essentially disappeared. The company owned a significant asset. We needed to approach this matter in a manner to eject the other member through the judicial process. The challenge was that is no easy task and we did not have years to accomplish it.
We filed a lawsuit that was not contested. We were then able through a series of motions accomplish the needed relief in a short amount of time.
