We represented the buyers of unique property in Berkeley County, South Carolina. Our clients had an enforceable contract to buy the property, but the sellers refused to close and sell the property. We were unable to convince the sellers to sell the property, so we had to file a lawsuit on behalf of our clients. Through our efforts, attention to detail and pursuing the case, the sellers eventually agreed to sell the property to our clients. While there was delay and expense for our clients, we were able to deliver them the result they wanted.
