75% of Ross’ practice is in zoning and land use litigation and consulting. When developers have a project that gets derailed, he gets it back on track. He also works on municipalities all over the state, primarily in the lowcountry. Ross represents everything from HOAs to businesses in his zoning and property dispute cases. These cases are the “meat and potatoes” of Ross’ work.
Class action fee cases, multimillion dollar settlements, and finding governments misusing tax funds – These are all the “gravy.”
Ross knows that McCullough ▪ Khan ▪ Appel is not the type of firm that depends on people scouring the internet to find them. He cares about his identity and his role in the community. People come to Ross because they know he is the right person to help, not because he appeared in a quick online search.
Ross is a Charleston native, his great grandfather being Morris Sokol, a renowned furniture-sales business owner in Charleston.
